Remuneration: Basic + Commission

Summary

This position is kind of self starter and candidate have to work in office alone as its a new startup office but company exist from the last 3 years and have good reputation and customer base in USA and all over the world. This position is not limited to Sales and Account Management as we are looking for experience/entrepreneur person who must have similar experience in selling IT products like Networking equipment, Computers, Graphic cards, Hard drives, Memory etc. The primary focus is winning b2b new customers by following the companys sales model and bring new sales model to achieve new customers. Selling IT hardware is very easy comparatively to other sales .This position works towards specific sales targets as well as personal and business objectives and adheres to company standards and values.

Responsibilities

Convert existing Database of customer in to accounts

Develop a specified territory by identifying and targeting prospects through cold-calling, teleprospecting, and direct mail campaigns

Report your daily activities and sales results to your Sales Manager as required

Submit call reports and sales orders in a timely and efficient manner

Utilize prime sales time as effectively as possible, make as many contacts and meet as many prospects as possible

Convert leads in to sales

Hire more sales executive under his/her team.

Must grow a team sales executives and be a business unit manager in couple of months.

Sales Commitment

Maintain positive client relationships with current client base, and upgrade clients

Promote a positive and professional Sales attitude in the office

Follow direction and set goals with the Sales Director to ensure sales goals and targets are being achieved on a monthly basis

General

First 3 months are probation period and after completion of probation period depending on the performance candidate will be confirmed employee.

We are looking for 2 type of candidates:

New starters: You can apply if you don't have any experience as we well provide full training for 3 months and in training time candidate will only work on commission base and after 3 months candidate will have basic salary + commission depending on his/her performance.

Experienced guys: Must have prior experience in same domain at least for 3 years and good to have some existing customer accounts. We will offer him/her basic salary + commission. first 3 months probation period.
