Job Description
We are a Construction Company in Whatcom County looking for a reliable experienced person who has previous history with multiple areas of construction and/or Maintenance worker for Property Management!
The Construction Position will include:
Framing
Siding
Concrete foundations.
other interior/exterior building experience
We are specifically looking for a full time employee who is reliable, and experienced in one or multiple of the areas above.
The Maintenance Position will include:
(experience in multiple areas of property repairs and maintenance.)
Plumbing
Electrical repairs
Drywall repairs
Painting
Flooring installation
Finish carpentry.
Experience in all phases is preferred, but will consider applicants who are skilled in certain areas and are willing to learn others. Most of our work is in rural Whatcom County (Everson, Lynden, Sumas).
