At Barron Heating, our Fireplace Gas Pipe Technician will:
ï Consistently maintain a customer-first perspective;
ï Establish a good working relationship with all team members;
ï Support co-workers while providing world-class customer service;
ï Maintain Barron installation standards of exceptional quality and workmanship;
ï Meet/exceed proficiency standards of all aspects of stove and fireplace installation and service/maintenance, including gas piping, ventilation, and roof terminations;
ï Proficiently and safely use all required and applicable hand and/or power tools;
ï Be capable of climbing on roof top structures and into attic/crawl spaces, as work requires;
ï Diligently follow scheduling, installation, quality control, and customer service procedures;
ï Provide customers with a well communicated layout that ensures job success;
ï Be prepared to offer and execute innovative solutions to installation challenges;
ï Provide customers/homeowners with post-installation familiarization of equipment;
ï Exceed the Customers expectations for quality and value;
ï Participate in all required training and skill development programs;
ï Ensure completion and accuracy of licensure logs and CEUs, as applicable;
ï Individually track and measure your targets while working to improve performance;
ï Provide industry-leading installations while meeting/exceeding individual KPIs;
ï Exhibit a Team Barron attitude;
ï Share Barrons mission of Improving Lives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
ï Valid drivers license and clean driving record;
ï High School diploma or GED;
ï Must be at least 18 years of age;
ï Legally entitled to work in the United States;
ï Pre-employment drug screening.
