Require Handyman Services (Sub Contractor) on a part time, as needed basis for my 20 rental units all located in Bellingham. Ideal for an individual who would like to add my account to their already existing business. Licensed/Bonded not a requirement. Must have all necessary tools and equipment.
Must be proficient in the following:
- Electrical: i.e. installing fixtures/fans, changing out switches/outlets, base heaters, etc.
- Plumbing: i.e. installation of toilets, sinks, faucets, hot water tanks, hose bibbs, disposals, cleaning drains, etc.
- Carpentry: i.e. door bifolds install and/or adjust, remove and replace caulking on sinks/tubs/trim, cabinet hinges, window sills, trim/blind replacement, exterior deck repair, siding replacement, etc.
- Appliances: i.e. installation of microwaves and dishwashers, repair stoves/oven and washer/dryer/fridges, paint touch up, etc.
- Painting: i.e. complete unit repainting and touch ups, caulking, tape off and protect all non painting surfaces, etc.
- Drywall: i.e. hard fill holes, caulking, touchup texturing, repair/replacement areas, prime, etc.
Applicant must be experienced, personable, honest (no criminal record) and highly detailed. A background screening will be undertaken. Must have a valid Driver's License.
