Strategy team is looking for a Lead Manager Ecommerce who is passionate about
the customer experience and has analytical and multi-task abilities to thrive
in a fast-paced environment. The team’s mission is to generate sales from
existing customers. This team focuses on creating an extraordinary customer
experience through CX improvements, data analysis and end-to-end testing. We investigate and analyze online digital
performance and drive results through cross-functional partnerships in
alignment with the broadband strategy team.About the JobThis position will support
the growth of AT&T BB, Fiber and Wireless sales by engaging in the
development and implementation of eCommerce strategy and business solutions to
facilitate online transactions with current AT&T customers. This role will
focus on targeting existing customers at throughout the customer lifecycle and
promoting additional AT&T products when relevant to increase cross sell
sales. This role works closely with product, technology, operations, and
marketing teams to design a best in class digital experience.Responsibilitiesand Day-to-Day View
Work closely with marketing,sales, service/support, and Web design and development teams to ensurethat eCommerce solutions support business strategy and integrates withwebsite
Manage the implementation of ecommerce projectsfor effectiveness, by analyzing data from click stream data, and web analytics;report all findings, as well as suggestions for additional improvements basedon the data acquired.
Launch targeted campaigns to existing customerswithin the site promoting BB and/or WRLS products
Ensure optimal content, current reward cards andoffers are live within the site and launched on time
Identify new targeted placements throughout thesite to “intercept” customers and create awareness of other AT&T products
Analyze promotional campaign performance inorder to optimize content and/or scale placements
Define A/B test user stories and hypothesis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications,Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
10+ years of digital marketing / ecommerce experiencewith proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful campaignthroughout its lifecycle
Experience within hightech, software and/or wireless/telecom industry highly desired
Strong analytical skills and the ability to convertconsumer insights and performance data into high impact sales strategies
Experience working with scaled agile development teamon new business requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills withdemonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clearmanner to peers, developers, and senior leaders
Technical skills would include: Adobe Analytics,Workfront, Jira, Scaled Agile Framework, PowerPoint, etc.
