Description:Medical Device company hiring Marketing Coordinator (contractor) to support marketing initiatives. The individual will be primarily responsible for creating and coordinating marcom deliverables in support of product launches and campaigns.The Marketing Coordinator role will work on a hybrid remote/onsite schedule; this position will be based out of our headquarters in Bothell, WA in support of the Corporate Marketing team. The individual will be responsible for supporting the creation of marketing deliverables and facilitating planning, discussion around work flows, team processes and documentation, marketing plans, deliverable deadlines and content writing. This person is also responsible for gathering analytics from automated SFDC reports in support of measuring outcomes.General Summary:The Marketing Coordinator is an integral player in the fast-paced marketing department. He/she will assist the program marketing team in important elements of execution for product launches, campaigns and budget coordination. This position is also responsible for facilitating the flow of creative projects within the Verathon Marketing Department.The Coordinator will be expected to develop basic knowledge of a variety of brands, product models, target audiences, medical conditions and media, including trade show environments. He/she will act as graphic production liaison between the marketing department and operations, quality assurance, fulfillment, IT and other company departments, as well as some vendors. The successful candidate will enjoy a wide breadth of exposure to varied projects.Primary Responsibilities: Support creation of marcom deliverables and lead project meetings for assigned product launches and campaigns. Support coordination of budget and creative team workflows in including trafficking deliverables in master control. Create, manage and drive project schedules. Understand effect of dependencies from other key team members (Marketing, Brand, Trade Show and Creative) and troubleshoot solutions to stay on task and deadlines. Collaborate in development and execution of marketing programs. Assist in updating marketing materials as directed. Initiate and track Job Start Forms and Creative Briefs. Support media trafficking as assigned. Assist with web page updates and updating campaign dashboards. Maintain/update fulfillment, lead packets, and press kit materials as directed Initiate and track internal/external approval process and documentation. Interface with all company departments as regards graphic production, as needed.Secondary Responsibilities: Manage vendor relationships and outsourcing of print production projects (i.e., direct mail, trade show graphics). Ensure job-tracking with print vendors, arrange proofing and press-checks for design team as needed. Source and negotiate estimates, interfacing with vendors for best pricing and quality for various projects. Assist trade show team with backup support as required. Assist with communications to sales team. Handle special projects as needed.Skills:microsoft office, Project management, Marketing campaign, Digital, Digital marketing, vendor relationship, medical marketing, Content strategy, medical device, manufacturing environmentTop Skills Details:microsoft office,Project management,Marketing campaign,Digital,Digital marketing,vendor relationshipAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MUST: 3-5 years Marketing experience as Marketing Coordinator including production functions. Highly detailed and strong ownership of projects. Proficient in PC-based Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.NICE: BA or BS degree preferred Medical marketing experience preferredSOFT SKILLS:-Self-starter-Organized-Outgoing, not afraid to ask questionsExperience Level:Entry - Intermediate LevelAbout Aston Carter: At Aston Carter, we’re dedicated to expanding career opportunities for the skilled professionals who power our business.
