Position: Marketing Manager (CPG)
Location: Fully Remote/Off-site

Our beverage client is looking for a marketing manager to assist with their CPG performance marketing program. This role has the potential to convert for the right candidate.
In this role you will help with:
- working cross-functionally, developing and executing consumer acquisition strategies through marketing campaigns
- collaborating with sales leaders and category management team to identify growth opportunities based on key consumer insights and competitive analysis and GTM plans
- in partnership with eCommerce team, developing, implementing and managing performance marketing programs across various marketplaces
- developing/optimizing processes to further integrate performance marketing into our eCommerce/Omnichannel ways of working and best practices
- assisting the CMO to develop annual budget recommendations based on data and business goals
- performance analytics and optimization recommendations for customer acquisition programs including field marketing and retail marketing, providing timely ROI updates to internal stakeholders, including sales and leadership teams, plus external partners
- creating content, working closely with marketing team, agency partners and VP of Brand
The marketing manager will have:
-5+ years of experience
-CPG marketing experience
- experience with eCommerce and affiliate marketing programs
- experience managing digital campaigns
