Minimum 7 years Business Analysis and ecommerce experience.
Experience in Ecommerce Solutions (specifically SAP Commerce Platforms).
Deep understanding of business requirements elicitation pursuant to specific user journeys, programs/projects involved.
Proficient in requirements gathering, business modeling, user journey modeling/documenting, project scoping, and use case creation.
High level proficiency in utilizing development, data, and business process analysis tools/utilities (SDLC, Business Process models, use case modeling, context diagramming, functional decomposition).
Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills as well as a positive attitude.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including presentation skills.
Proven leadership skills demonstrated team-building skills with ability to influence and motivate team members that report to other groups in the organization.
Extreme responsiveness with a strong sense of urgency.
Adept at assessing issues with ability to devise workable solutions quickly responding appropriately.
Able to work independently.
Excellent organizational and planning skills, with experience building tactical plans.

Proven experience in Agile / DevOps methodologies.

Working knowledge of Project Management Tools (Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Project, SmartSheets, etc.) and standard SQA Tools.
Must be able to adjust work hours to accommodate global teams.
Ability and willingness to travel globally.
24 x 7 x 365 operations - evening, weekend, and holiday work will be required.
Recommended:
BA in Business Analysis, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Professional business analysis certifications, such as CBAP or CCBA.
Experience with projects focused on infrastructures and software solutions.
SQA experience working within an iterative development framework.
2-5 years of retail business knowledge.
Proficient in the use of the Google products: email, spreadsheet, document, presentation, analytics.
Knowledge of French, Spanish, Korean, Mandarin a plus.
