Responsibilities:Maximize all available client bonuses by assuring all company operating divisions understand and achieve their individual incentive targets.

Work with Clients to set Key Performance Indicators (KPI) across all areas of responsibility.

Develop and maintain client scorecards to measure sales, KPI’s, income, and other company value-added services.

Identify and prioritize commission opportunities across both front and back-end client activities.

Assist market and customer business teams with the development of sales presentations for key customer opportunities and business building ideas.

Utilize syndicated data (i.e. Nielsen, IRI, Spectra, and other forms of available demographic information), as well as internal company tools such as for retail reporting.

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience

10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, Trade Marketing, consumer packaged goods, or food brokerage organization

Experience working with Vice President of Sales level and above positions

Experience in Sales at HQ Level, Brand Management, Customer Management, Category Management and Shopper Marketing

Proven track record in client development, people development, and customer satisfaction

Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills

We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.Position SummaryThe Client Team Leader is responsible for developing and leading consultative business relationships at all levels with National Clients. The Client Team Leader will proactively develop and communicate strategies designed to accomplish specific goals while influencing execution necessary to achieve objectives. As a part of that process, the Client Team Leader will establish metrics evaluating specific initiatives on business company covers and scorecard results to display areas for improvement and success. This position exists to provide value and create efficiencies by proactively working with all business teams to identify opportunities and create innovative solutions. The Client Team Leader coordinates all interaction with company operating divisions to maximize client sales and income growth while growing the business and reducing costs.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesRevenue Budget AchievementAchieve client sales goals and MPC commission budget by ensuring all Clients’ brand marketing and Customer strategies are implemented.

Client KPI’s AchievementWork with Clients to set KPI’s across all areas of responsibility

Communicate and measure all KPI performance down to the BDM level – identify opportunities and possible solutions

ScorecardsDevelop and maintain client scorecards to measure sales, KPI’s, income, and other company value added services

Leverage scorecard performance with appropriate company operating divisions to achieve objectives

Close Whitespace OpportunitiesIdentify and prioritize commission opportunities across both front and back end client activities

Coordinate the development of a “value added client proposition.” – why would the client be better off with company services vs. the existing client business model

Present “value added proposition” to client with appropriate company operating division

Business/Category ReviewsAssist market and customer business teams with the development of sales presentations for key customer opportunities and business building ideas

Utilize syndicated data (i.e. Nielsen, IRI, Spectra, and other forms of available demographic information), as well as internal company tools such as SOE, CSE, and ARTS retail reporting

Safety: must have the ability to perform the job safely by demonstrating full awareness of his/her surroundings. Will utilize proper safety techniques and equipment use when necessary. Will be proactive in alerting Management of any unsafe act or condition to prevent injuries.
