The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking Top Secret Cleared Lead Production Engineers to support the expansion of our organization. We are looking for cleared Production Engineers to support the build, test, and launch of our products. Our opportunities available include:

This role can be based out of any of the following locations: El Segundo, CA; Kennedy Space Center, FL; Kent, WA; Seal Beach, CA; Sylmar, CA

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Leads Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in analyzing product development, complex producibility studies and production/tooling philosophies.
• Refines, validates, coordinates and implements conceptual designs and manages the program architecture for build.
• Develops manufacturing plans and oversees plan optimization.
• Conducts complex producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
• Resolves complex technical problems.
• Serves as a project manager to ensure that contract requirements, specifications, design criteria and schedule performance are integrated and maintained.
• Leads advanced design solutions and supports research of new product or business opportunities.
• Deploys company Lean Enterprise analysis methods.
• Documents and communicates producibility best practices.
• Provides guidance to others through structured mentoring.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
• 5+ years of electrical engineering experience.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+ 4 years related work experience, Master +7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET, accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Basic relocation is available for internal candidates based on candidate eligibility.
