SUPERINTENDENT
Double J Excavating is currently hiring another Project Superintendent. Qualified applicant to be involved with all aspects of Commercial and Public Works Projects ranging in size from $200,000 - $5 Million.

Essentials -
Above Board Ethics
Strong Attention to Detail
Minimum 2-years experience as a Project Foreman or Superintendent
SELF-STARTER, SELF MOTIVATED
Strong organizational skills/ability
Able to manage multiple deadlines
“Take ownership” mentality
Strong communication skills
Enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
Duties include -
Plan, manage & coordinate 1-3 projects at a time
Build project schedules
Oversee all crews, subs, and suppliers on projects
Thorough Interpretation of Plans & Specs in order to communicate details to crews, subs or suppliers
Maximize resources (crews, equipment, materials)
Invest in, motivate, inspire and APPRECIATE every person on the Team
Forge Long Term “Win-Win” relationships with Clients (both public & private)
Impeccable execution & closeout of various project types including Water & Sewer Infrastructure, Sewage Lift Stations, Mass Excavation/Grading, Minor Wastewater Treatment and Various Other Heavy Civil Projects
