Office Manager/Project Coordinator
Double J Excavating is hiring an Office Manager/Project Coordinator to fit into our growing Company. Qualified applicant to be involved with all aspects of the Company, including Projects, Finances, Employees, Compliance, Clients, etc.
Schedule is somewhat flexible and can be discussed. However, the typical scenario would be from approx. 8:00-4:00 Monday-Friday.
Essentials -

Strong Attention to Detail
Strong interest or prior experience in the construction industry
Ability to work independently and/or with little supervision
Computer/Technology savvy and a quick learner
Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and Adobe proficient
Strong organizational skills/ability
Able to manage multiple deadlines
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a continually changing industry
Strong written/grammar skills
Enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
Duties include -
Assist Project Managers with project bids and pre-bid meetings
Take charge of required project start-up paperwork
Assist with all aspects of ongoing projects
Prepare monthly invoicing/project billings
Maintain Website and Social Media Postings
Perform or assist with book-keeping in QuickBooks (A/P, A/R, Payroll, etc.)
Pre-screen new employee applicants/Assist with recruiting new talent
Work with CPA as needed to maintain impeccable financials
Maintain paper & electronic project and company files
Maintain project safety & company safety requirements
Maintain employee personnel files
Maintain vehicle/truck registrations and licensing
Maintain insurance requirements, etc. for vehicles/truck/equipment/projects
On-boarding of New Team Members
Communicate various updates, discoveries, concerns, etc. with other team members
