After reading the job info below, if interested, email an updated resume (in Word format).Job Title: Recruiter I Location: Centralia, WA Job Overview: The Regional Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, soliciting, researching, evaluating, and presenting viable candidates for open positions at multiple Distribution Centers across the company network. They will coordinate the hiring process of successful applicants ensuring optimum and timely staffing for growth and profitability, and ensuring all recruiting practices are in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunity, immigration, and company policy. Job Responsibilities: Oversees full lifecycle recruitment and placement activities for non-exempt hires at multiple distribution centers. Partners closely with DC HR teams and DC hiring managers to fill open positions.Responds to persons inquiring about employment via phone, email, and traditional correspondence.Establishes recruiting sources with outside agencies, colleges, technical schools, etc. as needed to fill positions in multiple distribution centers.Delivers a high level of customer service to both internal and external hiring managers and candidates.Interfaces with all levels of leadership throughout the company when needed, regarding hiring needs or any other employment-related activities.Tracks DC staffing levels and helps develop a proactive staffing plan and strategy for each location.Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources or related field preferred.2+ years of high volume recruiting experience for related industrial, warehouse, or production roles required.2+ years of agency recruiting experience desired with demonstrated success.Experience using an applicant tracking system (such as Taleo) and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.Ability to appropriately handle confidentiality.Ability to identify and establish applicant sources to successfully fill openings at the least possible cost to the company.Understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action legislation and other legal aspects of interviewing and hiring.As a Volt employee, you can expect the highest level of support.
