We are seeking a full-time experienced property management maintenance technician who is trustworthy, dependable, and has a great customer service attitude!
The ideal candidate will focus on a range of maintenance needs including turnover maintenance, work orders, small renovation projects, and emergency maintenance.
Two years of experience providing maintenance in single family/multi-family homes
Intermediate skills in plumbing, electrical, and paint
Ability to effectively communicate in English
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly as required for the position.
Must be comfortable working in/on areas requiring use of a ladder
Function effectively in an environment requiring customer service skills
Ability to maintain positive communication with owners/vendors/tenants/employees.
The position pays $13.00 an hour
