Duties include but are not limited to:
Regular maintenance of apartments and common areas including monthly turns
Painting
Pool and spa maintenance
Grounds cleanup
Completion of work orders
Position requires ability to climb stairs and ladders.
On call during part of the work week and will be required to work weekends.
Must be able to pass background check (drug, criminal, etc)
Property Maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
