POSITION SUMMARY
This individual is responsible for the production of completed Vibragenix high tech health and exercise products, including detail component sub-assemblies and main product assembly; software installation and setup; product and component testing, fault identification and resolution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
ª Follow work instructions to manufacture and assemble products and their components.
ª Set up computer hardware, and load and test software.
ª Build and place electrical and electronic sub-assemblies.
ª Put together pre-manufactured large and small, sometimes heavy, component parts, including strong magnet assemblies.
ª Wind electro-magnetic coils.
ª Set up and use a 3-D printer to manufacture components.
ª Identify faults/failures during production and rectify them.
ª Carry out component and final assembly testing as specified.
ª Read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturers installation instructions.
ª Package products for shipping to customer.
ª Follow documented protocol in making accurate records of tasks completed.
ª Other duties as assigned.

ª Ability to listen, comprehend and follow technical instructions.
ª Can read, write and communicate verbally in English.
ª Open to learning new skills.
ª Possess a high degree of self-discipline and an ability to complete duties in a timely manner.
ª Be organized, able to prioritize and stay on task.
ª Maintain a clean and tidy, organized, and safe work space.
ª Readily able to adapt to short notice demands and changing requirements.
ª Be punctual and able to stick to a consistent work schedule.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS
ª Soldering.
ª Comfortable in a workshop environment.
ª Competent in using various hand and power tools.
