JOB DESCRIPTION
Four Seasons Roofing is looking to build our team in SNOHOMISH, WA with career opportunities for ROOFERS to CREW LEADERS of all experience levels. We specialize in composition, metal, PVC and more.
COMPENSATION
$16.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.

RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES
Practice safety at all times
Be customer focused
Perform quality work everyday
Tear off old roofing material
Load and unload roofing tools & supplies
Learn, apply and utilize roofing installation techniques for various roof types
Manage site cleanup and organize equipment
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS
Experience in installing one or more types of roofing
Coachable
Results oriented with potential to grow into a crew leader
Can do approach
Have your own hand tools
Lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds
Good communication
Effective leadership skills to be or become a Crew Leader
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
