Lead Manager Position for Property Solutions Nnw
We are a real estate company, located in Richland/Yakima. Lead manager will operate out of our Richland office, close to the Richland Airport.
This position predominantly consists of taking incoming calls from leads (sellers, looking to sell their home) and following up with sellers and keeping contact to eventually convert.
Other tasks include:
-Refining lists of data, as need be.
-Keeping client files completely updated.
-Pull lists of leads.
Other tasks may include:
-Maintaining and creating relationships with buyers.
-Drafting documents.
-Running campaigns-RVM, Text Blast, Email Blast ect..
Schedule:
40 hours
Monday-Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm
45 minute lunch 12-12:45
Compensation:
$1400 bi-weekly, base salary
Commission Incentive: $115 bonus for each deal the company closes monthly.
Qualifications:
-Computer Proficient, especially with office 365.
-Sales experience.
-Great phone personality.
-Must be independent and good with working with a small growing crew.
-Someone who is able to go with the flow and be adaptable. Ability to prioritize urgent company tasks as they arise.
Bonus, but not a requirement:
â Bilingual (Spanish/English)
â Real Estate Knowledge
The Lead manager will have thorough training as to what needs to be done to fulfill their position with ease.
