Job Title: Warranty Manager (Full-Time)
Job Description:
The Warranty Manager is responsible for communicating with both homeowners and subcontractors to coordinate warranty repairs. While construction knowledge is essential to the position, customer service skills are nearly as vital. As the point of contact for homeowners after the sale of a home, the Warranty Manager is responsible for ensuring timely and satisfactory corrections to valid warranty claims.
Position Requirements:
-Construction or remodeling experience
-Strong people & organizational skills
-Willingness to learn & grow
-Technically proficient (know how to work a phone and computer)
