We are seeking an energetic Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily operations at our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and supporting the Property Manager in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in leasing, including showing available units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements
- Maintain tenant records and ensure accurate documentation
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders with maintenance staff
- Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualifications:
- Experience with property management software such as Appfolio, Yard, or similar platforms would be great, but not required
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Great problem solving skills necessary
- Proficiency in office tasks including filing, record keeping, and correspondence
- Sales experience is a plus for promoting available units
- Driver's license required
To be successful in this role you need to be a self-starter who can identify and address issues as they come up. You need to be proactive, patient, and not squeamish. You'll need to be willing to visit the properties we manage around Eastern Washington, so a driver's license and clean driving record are essential. We provide a vehicle or reimburse mileage as needed.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
