Some of a service and repair specialist tasks include:
Listening to customer's needs
Learn about company procedures, product, and servicing jewelry
Help customers make informed decisions
Work alongside local bench jewelers
Build relationships through trust and always act in the customer's best interest
Some of what we are looking for include:
o 2 years of customer service experience
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
o Strong organizational and follow-through skills
o Ability to work independently and with a team
o Familiar with POS systems and email
Work hours are as follows:
9-6pm Monday-Friday
9-5pm Saturday (Must be willing to work Saturdays)
Normally scheduled day off will be within the week as well as Sundays
