Property Management Company is taking applications for full-time maintenance position.
Hours will be 40 per week.
APPLICANT MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BASIC PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, GROUNDS KEEPING, DRYWALL REPAIR, AND PAINTING.
Pool and hot tub knowledge is a plus. There will be a rotating schedule for after hour emergency calls after 60 days.
This is a fast paced, goal oriented position. You must be able to follow directions and work unsupervised.
Duties will include preparing apartments for new residents, daily work orders, grounds maintenance and other duties as assigned.
APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE CLEARLY AND EFFECTIVELY WITH RESIDENTS AS WELL AS OFFICE AND OTHER MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL.
Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license is required. You must pass initial and random drug and background screening. Quantum Residential is a drug free company.
