MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN â HVAC
FULL TIME DAY SHIFT POSITION â TRI CITIES, WA
K&H Facility Services, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kiemle & Hagood Company, is looking for an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician that is very knowledgeable with Commercial HVAC Systems Repairs & Preventative Maintenance and has an excellent work ethic.
Salary Range: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour D.O.E.
Company service van provided, requires a good driving record.
This position supports building HVAC systems repair and maintenance at multiple commercial medical office properties in the Tri-Cities. Must be a team player, well organized, punctual, have a good knowledge of HVAC systems and work in a safe and efficient manner. Must be able to prioritize your work and thrive in a busy work place; position is often subject to interruptions and responding to more pressing repairs and occasional emergencies.
Duties include:
1. Use online payroll and work order systems with a company provided smart phone; respond to work orders, tenant requests, and as directed by the supervisor.
2. Responsible for the repairs, operations, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of the HVAC and controls systems for multiple commercial medical office buildings, maintaining those systems at their maximum efficiency. Typical equipment includes roof top units, split systems, air handling units, and variable air volume systems. Requires working indoors and outdoors, including working on rooftops in extreme hot & cold conditions. Must be able to work on 6â to 12â step ladders, 24â extension ladder and able to access equipment located in ceilings and mechanical spaces.
3. Occasional duties may also include; perform minor plumbing repairs, minor repairs of locks and door hardware including commercial door closers, replace burnt out lamps & globes and basic carpentry repairs.
Qualifications include but are not limited to: Solid work history. Good computer skills. Ability to learn, have good customer skills, and able to use technology in a work setting.
Our company prides itself on providing our customers with great service. Position includes occasional after-hours calls with a 30-minute response time range.
5 years prior commercial building HVAC systems repair and maintenance experience or 3 years commercial building HVAC systems repair and maintenance experience and an AA degree in HVAC/R or graduate of local HVAC/R program.
After a conditional offer is made, we do conduct a drug screen and run a driving record and background check.
