Drive with Kam-Way Transportation. Our unique freight mix will allow us to provide you with various options. We are currently looking to hire short haul and regional drivers out of our Sumner location.
⢠SHORT HAUL
o Out 2 â 4 days (home 2X to 3X a week)
o Drive a 2019 / 2020 DRIVER COMFORT Freightliner Cascadia trucks
o Freight consists of both Dry Van and Reefer loads
o Primarily operate in WA/OR/CA/NV (and BC if you have an EDL)
o Get paid by the MILE
PAY
⢠4+ yearsâ Experience: $ 0.48 / CPM
⢠Between 3 â 4 yearsâ Experience: $ 0.46 / CPM
⢠2 yearsâ Experience: $ 0.44 / CPM
o $0.01 additional per mile for all veterans
o $0.01 anniversary raise every year - no cap.
⢠Weekly Average Mileage Range: 2200 â 3000 miles
⢠Weekly Average Pay Range: $1,050 - $1,450
o Guaranteed Minimum: $1,050* (Weekly)
⢠Annual Average Pay Range: $55,000 - $75,000*
o Guaranteed Minimum: $52,000* (Weekly)
* Averages based on $0.48 cpm
* Must work 6 days a week to qualify for guaranteed minimums
⢠TEAM drivers start @ pay : $0.58 CPM + $0.02 after 20,000 miles
o $0.01 additional per mile for all veterans (paid to the Truck)
o $0.01 anniversary raise every year - no cap (paid to the Truck)
⢠Additional Pay for CLEAN DOT INSPECTIONS
⢠Additional Pay for LAYOVERS (If laid over past 24 hours)
⢠Additional Pay for DETENTION (Per hour after 2 hours)
o Additional PICK UP & DROP Pay
BONUS:
⢠Sign on Bonus: $1000 *
o 1st Week Paycheck: $250.00
o 2nd Week Paycheck: $250.00
o 6 month Anniversary: $250.00
o 12 month anniversary: $250.00
⢠Driver Referral Bonus: for OTR Positions $1000 *
o $500 is paid out when referral reaches 3 months of employment
o $500 is paid out when referral reaches 6 months of employment
BENEFITS:
⢠MEDICAL INSURANCE: 75% medical insurance paid by company for single subscriber. Typical cost to subscriber, $150.00.

⢠MUST be able to pass background check, road test and pre-employment drug screen
