Imagine a job where you didn't know what you were doing today until the phone rang. Every day in the towing profession is unique and different from the last and every day presents a challenge. From towing grandma's Buick that broke down on the side of the highway to expediting to a vehicle collision blocking traffic there is rarely a dull moment. Tow truck drivers are assigned a truck that they are expected to keep clean and ready for service for their shift. Most shifts are 5-day shifts and you are required to take your truck home and be on call for after-hours/ emergency calls. Although after hours is occasionally necessary we do have drivers that run just dedicated day /night/ weekend shifts to reduce the off hour's call-outs. What we are looking for are dedicated team players who see this job as an opportunity to learn an in-demand trade that once mastered can easily make $75,000 a year. Our entry-level drivers usually start at around $30,000 a year but fast learning eager individuals will do much better. Common sense is key to success and a strong work ethic is a must. We will train the right individual even if you have no experience in this field. A commercial driver license is not required but a clean driving record and a clean criminal history are a must. If you are tired of alarm clocks, mundane repetitive work and unnecessary micromanagement then you may want to apply. Tow Operator Must:
Be 23 years or older (For Insurance Reasons)
Be able to work nights and weekends (THIS IS A MUST)
Be able to drive a manual transmission
Have a clean criminal background
Have a clean driving record
Have basic mechanical skills
Live in Kennewick, Richland, Pasco or West Richland(No exceptions)
All pay is commission based
