For more than 50 years, Skaug Brothers Glass has been a highly respected commercial, award winning glass company. From our well-situated location in Central Washington, we have provided quality glass products and workmanship on some of the most exciting architecture in the Northwest. As part of the Skaug Brothers Team, in this position, you will prepare shop drawings and product data submittals for multiple projects concurrently involving Aluminum and Glass systems, involving Curtainwall, Storefront, Doors, Skylights, Automatic Entrances, Railing, Display Cases, Mirrors and Art Glass, and the like. You will also assist in preparing bids for projects by doing material takeoffs and requests for quotes from suppliers.
Essential requirements for applicants:
* must be able to read and interpret blueprints
* must have min 2 years experience with AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT
* experience with Revit LT and Bluebeam would be helpful
Experience in the aluminum and glass field would be helpful but not required. We will bring you up to speed about our stuff.
