NOW SOME INFORMATION ON THE POSITION:
We are hiring multiple full-time entry level and lateral PATROL DEPUTIES
⢠$21.60 - $30.27 per hour to start (includes $.50/Hr shift differential
⢠Extensive paid training, including the Idaho Peace Officer Standards and Training Academy (POST).
⢠Public Employees Retirement System of Idaho (PERSI), a pension plan with five year vesting, 11.66% employer contribution, and a lifetime payout upon retirement.

Eligibility: If you are hired for a Patrol or Detention Deputy position and you are relocating from a distance of 100+ miles of Kootenai County.
$2500 Lateral Bonus for Patrol and Detention Deputies
Eligibility: If you are hired for a Patrol or Detention Deputy position and you:
1. Meet all of the minimum requirements as an entry level applicant and;
2. Have successfully completed a POST certified Peace Officers, Basic Detention, Corrections or comparable Federal Academy and;
3. Have a minimum of twenty-four (24) months experience as a Patrol or Detention Deputy or Corrections Officer.
