EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / PROJECT MANAGER (Part-Time contract position):

Job Description:

Festival Management Company seeks an individual to help support field operations for the 2019 event season. This position requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have strong professional qualifications, good communication skills as well as superior emotional intelligence.

The duration of this position is from May 01, 2019 – Oct 01, 2019! This is a Part Time contract position (1099) and compensation will be aggressive for the right person(s). The ideal candidate is someone with a strong work background but does not seek the constraints of full time employment (grad-student, parent, retired). We enjoy our work and want the same for all of our associates. This position is located in Central Washington (Ellensburg) with a small field office located in Fall City, WA. The right person would be able to telecommute much / most of the time but some occasional light travel may be needed (negotiable).

Our teams travel extensively and need an individual who can support their efforts in the field. The right individual must be able to support these teams with proper documentation, coordination and reporting abilities. These include:

• Expert knowledge of MSFT Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

• Working knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, ZOHO) preferred

• Knowledge of Slack, Asana and other productivity applications (cellular based).

• Document coordination, filing, processing

• Creation and maintenance of physical & digital filing systems

• Project Management experience

• Purchasing of inventory, supplies, hotel & flight reservations

• Implementation of Policies & Procedures

• Ability to work independently (some remote work allowed)

• Some light travel may be required. Must have reliable transportation!

• Must love dogs! (we might interview your dog as well).

The right individual for this position will have a strong work ethic and a positive world view. Someone who can also work independently and remotely (at times). Someone who projects confidence, professionalism and a sense of humor. A mature person who hates drama and is completely accountable for their work product. Must love dogs!

Job Requirements:

• Must have BA degree or experience equivalent (TBD)

• Able to work PT up to 30 hrs / week

• Lift up to 35 lbs unassisted

• Must be able to pass a criminal / personal background check!

• Minimum three (3) references (we do follow up on each reference)

• Absolutely no history of drugs, alcohol, smoking, vaping or drama!

Compensation:

• $17 - $26 / hr. (1099)

• Bonus Structure
