Seeking Apartment Managers and/or team for HUD, RD subsidized, and Bond funded apartment complexes. Qualified individual(s) will possess strong management and administrative skills with an emphasis on affordable housing programs. Computer competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Personable and customer service oriented. Training in our management software is provided. (Quincy property requires someone bilingual in English and Spanish)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Show units and process applications
Move-ins and move-outs, rent collection
Generate all paperwork associated with tenant files, including but not limited to annual and interim certifications
Monitor all aspects of maintenance to ensure units are turned in a timely manner
Supervise and train staff members
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
Ensure all work orders are processed and completed in a timely fashion
Enforce rules and regulations
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication ability
Good math and basic accounting skills
Strong organizational skills
Able to multi-task
Positive attitude and able to work with Seniors
Timely reporting with emphasis on detail
Other duties as assigned
Requirements include: basic maintenance knowledge, 24 hour availability for emergencies, knowledge of Fair Housing.
