LocalTel Communications is looking for energetic, friendly and motivated people to join our Technical Service and Support Department. Ideal applicants will have outstanding customer service and communications skills, as well as a helpful disposition. Experience troubleshooting internet and programming routers preferred, but not necessary. Bi-lingual preferred. EOE
Technical Service and Support Representative Job Duties:
Helping customers by testing and programming routers as well as in-person troubleshooting on devices including phones and tablets.
Improves customer relations by entering and maintaining electronic documentation.
Maintains a professional relationship with customers, co-workers and outside resources.

Experience:
1. Networking, Routers, Email
2. Familiarity with Email Clients, such as Windows Live Mail, Outlook, etc.
