Structural Concrete Foreman, Carpenters (Form Setters), Laborers (not finishers)
Monster Concrete is a Commercial Structural Concrete Contractor. We have full time positions for the following;
Concrete Foreman Compensation: $28 - $35/hr gas and truck allowance
Responsibilities/Duties;
Reviews construction documents and understands scope of work
Manage a crew of five to ten setting forms, placing rebar and concrete
Outstanding knowledge of elevations and form setting
Requirements
5 years of concrete experience
2 years as foreman required
1 year local experience required
Must be able to manage multiple projects and present a high level of organization and professionalism while meeting job deadlines
Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, develop and implement project process and improvements
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Concrete Carpenter (Forming): $21 - $28/hr
Requirements
3 years of concrete experience
Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, and able to follow foreman direction
Reliable Transportation
Concrete Crew Laborer Compensation: $16 - $21 hourly
