THE BIG TASK
The essential functions of the Service Technician - HVAC are to provide general HVAC installation, repair and services. This position handles service calls to customers and utilizes customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing service, products and finance options.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This individual must be willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education. Our Service Technicians must meet or exceed shop minimums. They need to know local HVAC codes and be able to apply them in a practical manner on each job. They need to be able to work with inspectors, suppliers and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes. Our HVAC service techs are required to have the ability to draw simple diagrams and be able to read blue prints and other diagrams.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A minimum of four years experience including hands on training and or work is preferred.
Complete knowledge of current HVAC codes required.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Washington State 06A or 06B license is preferred.
