Summary: The Content Regulations org in Central Integrity is a cross functional team that enables Meta’s efforts around content regulations and compliance. This includes detection of illegal content and behavior, auditing and risk assessments of content moderation systems, user notification of content removal, user appeals, etc. As part of this org, we are establishing a new globally distributed Integrity Solutions Engineering team that develops first and last mile regulatory compliance solutions and acts as the technical liaison for the content regulation policy and legal teams. This is an engineering team that sits at the intersection of content regulators, our legal team, our policy team, and integrity and product engineering teams across the company.We are seeking an experienced, impact-focused engineering leader for this new team. You will establish and lead a globally distributed team of engineers and be responsible for technical projects that span both internal tools and external-facing products, working together with integrity engineering teams as well as product teams across the organization.Required Skills: Integrity Solutions Engineering Manager Responsibilities:Overall responsibility for the success and long term vision of the Integrity Solutions Engineering organization

Recruiting, onboarding, and growing strong talent to establish the team

Partner with legal, policy, and product teams to define and execute global content regulations compliance strategy

Build “last-mile” product solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Build internal tooling to help legal, policy, operations, and technical teams across the company work more effectively on content regulation

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:5+ years experience as a software engineer and 5+ years leading large software engineering teams

Proven experience growing teams and designing organizations to maximize impact

Proven software development skills with experience building software in Python, Objective-C, PHP, C/C, Ruby, C# or other programming languages

Understanding of the Web technology stack

Experience communicating and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority

B.A/B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience
