Summary: The Process and Risk team is responsible for driving productivity gains and mitigating risk through process improvements for the Meta Business Group organization. We’re obsessed with finding the most efficient ways to perform tasks while also protecting our business. It’s our job to make the lives of the Sales and Marketing teams easier by both streamlining their workflows and closing potential gaps in our processes and tools.We are looking for an Accreditations Program Manager to help manage our Third Party Accreditation Program. This person will develop deep technical knowledge of ad delivery and measurement solutions and work collaboratively with internal (Technical Program Management, Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, Internal Audit) and external (Industry Bodies, Measurement Partner) teams to assess solutions for accreditation. Learnings will be used to support the facilitation, development, scaling, and automation of the Accreditation Program. All candidates should feel comfortable in an ever-changing environment in which they have to manage multiple streams of work to drive concrete, actionable solutions for Meta and its partners.Required Skills: Program Manager, Ads Compliance Responsibilities:Project manage accreditations of Meta’s ads delivery and measurement platform

Partner with third party industry bodies on accreditation requirements and deliverables

Translate requirements to product and engineering teams, lead evidence gathering, and ensure requirements are met accordingly

Drive process improvement to scale the accreditations program as needed

Build tooling and dashboards with technical teams to monitor requirements as needed

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree

8+ years of online operations, compliance, risk management, or management consulting experience, or 6+ years with a Master’s degree

Experience working across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience managing external stakeholders, setting expectations, building relationships

Experience applying critical problem solving skills and propose solutions that reduce risk and enhance operational performance

Experience presenting complex organizational and process flow content to general audiences

Experience in the languages of data manipulation (e.g., SQL,R)

Experience with Linux and Unix based command line environments

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:Experience with technical forensic and compliance efforts

Experience with online advertising, targeting, and measurement systems and methodologies

Experience with advertising technology platforms (Adservers, DSPs, DMPs, etc.,)

Statistical and data analysis skills (e.g. significance testing, regression modeling, etc.)

Programming and scripting experience (C, Python, PHP, Java, JavaScript), suitable for developing scalable research prototypes within a Hive and Linux environment
