DescriptionJoin our highly collaborative team a s a Retail / Branch Banking Talent Sourcer, where you will be responsible for prospecting and identifying passive candidates for various positions within the Citizens Retail / Branch Banking footprint including, but not limited to: Regional Managers, Branch Managers, Bankers and Tellers. What You’ll Do: Partner with Recruiters to understand business line needs and gain a detailed understanding of roles, then develop and execute innovative and resourceful sourcing strategies to mine and attract the best passive and active candidates.

Support the Retail Recruiting team by identifying a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience, utilizing multiple strategies to build a pool of top talent for our Recruiting team to interview.

Identifying potential candidates utilizing typical and creative sourcing channels, social media sites, internet portals, networking, referrals and cold calling; conducting phone interviews to assess their interest, motivators, and qualifications / suitability for the role; then connecting candidates for a prospective interview with their assigned recruiting partner.

Maintain a close partnership with your assigned recruiter(s) in order to prioritize needs across multiple assignments and provide ongoing feedback to talent acquisition partners around competition and market conditions.

QualificationsExperience and Skills: 5 years direct, pro-active sourcing experience for high volume roles.

Demonstrated proven success in sourcing passive candidates for hard to fill requisitions, having a keen eye for talent with the ability to quickly qualify candidates.

Strong internet research skills are critical for success. Experience must include utilizing the latest sourcing tools and methods (Boolean Internet Search, Indeed Professional, LinkedIn Recruiter, Chrome Extensions, Social Media, Facebook, Google etc.).

Ability to maintain a high volume of outbound activity via phone, email, and available sourcing tools.

Requires a high-level of resourcefulness, persistence, and tolerance for rejection.

Experience organizing, managing, and tracking candidate flow with the ability to work quickly, demonstrating detail-orientation, ability to multi-task, work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Relentless “hunter” mentality with preferred knowledge of the banking industry.

Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a focus on an overall positive Candidate Experience.

MS Office experience including Word, Excel, Outlook, O365.

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

High School Diploma / GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

CIR, CDR, CSSR, CPSP or other Sourcing certification(s) preferred.

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM EST
