Our team in Kitsap county H&R Block continues to grow and assist clients from all over in a variety of different ways.
Right now up through 9/14/2020, our team is inviting you to take our Virtual Income Tax Course with a scholarship (after connecting with us via email and / or phone call to discuss) that will cover up to 100% of your class fees.
At the conclusion of the course, or during the middle of the course we will be holding Virtual Interviews as well to remain socially distanced during this unique and challenging time period to fill our upcoming Tax Season 2021 open roles.
Tax Season 2020 was the longest in history (running from January through July 15, 2020) and in spite of incredible challenges our offices were able to help our community and serve more clients than ever before.
We would like to meet you and, give you the training you need (safely and virtually from the comfort of your own home), and interview you for a spot on our upcoming team in Tax Season 2021.
Our history is that in 1955, we actually created the tax preparation industry. The company was founded by two brothers – Henry and Richard Bloch. Pronounced “Block” but spelled with a “ch” at the end. They decided to change the spelling of the company name for ease of pronunciation and also to not have it mistaken as “Blotch.”
Henry and Richard created this business because they wanted to help people. They started in book keeping, but realized, based on client feedback, that many people really needed help preparing income tax returns.
This called-to-serve spirit for our clients continues today.
Our purpose is to provide help and inspire confidence in our clients and communities everywhere. Each word in our purpose statement was carefully chosen, it’s why we exist.
