Customer Care Opportunity:
We're looking for a full-time customer care representative who loves giving clients a phenomenal experience from construction to living in the beautiful homes we build.

Requirements:
Proven and successful customer care and relationship building.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and online communication tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Natural troubleshooter and problem solver.
Committed to open and honest communication, growth, integrity, customer service and teamwork.
Great listener, clear communication, great service.
Responsibilities:
Builds positive relationships with clients, trade contractors, vendors and staff.
Communicates thoroughly with clients throughout the construction process and resolves any problems.
Conducts site inspection prior, during, and at completion of projects.
Updates the Production team regularly with project status.
Location:
Estes Builders has offices in Poulsbo and Sequim. This position will be based in Sequim.
