Position: Customer Service Representative/Call Center

Starting Pay: $13.50/per hour Plus Commission

Work Location: Elma, WA

Shifts: Various Day Shifts Available

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer contacts regarding product inquiries.

Assist customers in placing orders, review existing order status, set up returns and check shipping status.

Utilize advanced problem-solving capabilities.

Think outside the box if necessary to resolve all customer-related issue that arise.

Properly clarify issues; research and explore answers and alternative

solutions; implement solutions; escalate unresolved problems.

Organize, plan and prioritize work load.

Complete additional special projects as needed.

Maintain an elevated level of professionalism with customers while working to

establish a positive rapport with every caller to enhance to Overstock brand.

Job Requirements:

Must be available to work schedules falling within contact center hours of operation, including nights, holidays and weekends.

Must have proficient organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

Must be proficient with written and verbal communication skills; email, internet usage.

Must be willing to adapt to changes in job requirements.

Must be open to learning and applying new skills.

Must be excellent with communication and relationship-building.

Must have desire to help customers.

Must have a successful track record working in a high-volume environment.

Must demonstrate strong desire to be part of a team achieving personal and company financial goals.

Must be energized by the opportunity to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively.

Consistent and reliable attendance and adherence to schedule is an essential function of this position.

Must be able to maintain performance objectives such as net promoter score, first call resolution.

1 year of customer service experience in a call center

1 year of customer service experience preferable, but not necessary.

Familiar with the latest e-commerce trends

Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.

Education:

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
