Customer Service Professional/Office Administrator

Our Olympic Peninsula Franchise Showroom has been located in Sequim for 13+ years. We consistently rate in the Top Ten in Customer Service and Sales the the Northwest Region.
This is a Flexible Position 3-4 Days a week.
Our Beautiful Remodeled Showroom is open Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We are closed Jan1st, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Eve.
We are a local family owned business, all of our team members live on the Olympic Peninsula.
We have very busy times of the year, we are looking for an honest enthusiastic person who thrives in a challenging environment, able to multitask, wanting a long term position. Compensation is generous based on experience/skills.

Are you able to prioritize tasks while providing excellent customer service? Do you love people? Do you consistently have a can-do attitude? We have a great team and are looking for team player.
Computer experience is required. Please be able to demonstrate typing ability of minimum 40 wpm.
Everyday duties include scheduling design appointments, preparing documents for our Talented Design and Installation teams. Your organization skills will be used to answer multi-line phones, track customer orders, update customers files and schedule installations. These are all computer and telephone based task. We use a user friendly CRM (Customer Relations Management) program.
We will provide comprehensive training for all aspects of this position.
Air Conditioned Showroom! Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
We are looking for someone with a Professional Appearance and Attitude. Must be physically fit to be considered. (ability to daily lift 10-50 boxes, weighing up to 30 lbs to racks)
Background and driving record check as well as Drug testing may be required.
Medical insurance allowance provided after 3 months. Must be Tobacco/Nicotine Free.
Paid Vacation Time after one year.
