Description
The Media Coordinator will supervise and manage media technology, staffing and support for Olympic College. The Media Coordinator will be responsible for consulting, designing, programming, installation, maintenance, quality assurance, and troubleshooting/technical support of the numerous products the college uses. These products include: complex media and/or multi-media hardware and software, management systems, media infrastructure equipment and other media and collaboration tools for teaching, learning and meeting.
Essential Qualifications:
High school Diploma or equivalent.
Five years of full time media equipment implementation and maintenance.
OR Associates Degree and at least 3 years of media technician position experience and current Extron ECP certification.
Supervisory or management experience.
Intermediate computer competency
Terms of Employment:
This is a full-time, temporary exempt professional position contracted on an annual basis. Continuation of this position is dependent upon funding. The salary is $44,000, which will be prorated to reflect the remaining contract days during the fiscal year. The fiscal year runs from July 1st to June 30th.
