Restaurant Manager for FOH, BOH & Lounge.
Restaurant at well-established Ocean Shores resort property seeking manager to oversee FOH, BOH and lounge. Applicant much have several years of experience in full service food and beverage operations management with a focus on sales, customer service, menus/food quality, staff training and cost controls.
Other necessary skills include:
Develop sales strategies to meet sales/budget/profitability goals
Control food cost, waste, beverage costs and labor
All recruiting, training and supervising of staff
Deliver excellent customer service and maximize guest experience
Community networking to secure/maintain local business
Coordination of all catering for hotel groups
Report directly to hotel General Manager and work closely with other hotel management team members
Management of all health and safety regulations for staff, kitchen, restaurant and lounge
Inventory and ordering for total operation
Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office programs
Ability to lead in busy, demanding environment
