Highland Court Memory Care is looking for a part time/full time Community Based Registered Nurse.
The key responsibility will be to provide resident assessments, education/training of staff, delegation to the med-tech staff and, assist and coordinate resident care.
Functions as part of the care team.
Monday through Friday
Strong skills in organization, prioritization, initiation, verbal and written communication and collaboration;
Professional documentation, critical thinking;
Must have a current Washington State RN license in good standing. Experience with geriatric population and community-based care is preferred.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
