Core Qualifications
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Physical Therapist in the state of Washington
Current BLS certification. Clinical Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy
Experience & Competency
Open to all experience levels — from new graduates to 10+ years
Starting pay is $44 for new graduates - DOE
At least one year of physical therapy practice preferred, particularly in acute or outpatient care
Comfort working in acute care settings, even if not an acute care specialist
Ability to manage a mixed caseload including:
Orthopedic and neurological conditions (knees, hips, shoulders, back pain)
Chronic pain, CVAs, MS
Occasional pediatric patients
Clinical & Technical Skills
Strong assessment and care planning abilities — able to develop, implement, and modify treatment plans
Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping within an EMR (Epic training provided)
Collaborative approach to working with physicians, PTAs, and interdisciplinary care teams
Knowledge of body mechanics, safety practices, and patient/caregiver instruction
Commitment to quality improvement and patient satisfaction standards
Schedule & Work Structure
Full-time positions available
Flexible schedules:
4x10s or 5x8s
Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday options
Work in both acute care and outpatient settings (rotations vary by patient need)
Participation in biweekly hospital orientation, including Epic EMR and shadowing period prior to independent caseload
