HR Generalist- Employee Relations - Interim (Olympic College, Bremerton Campus)

Olympic College seeks an experienced HR professional to fill an interim role as an HR Generalist for employee relations. Olympic College has contracts with 2 labor unions: The Olympic College Association for Higher Education (AHE) for Faculty and the Washington Public Employees Association (WPEA) for full time staff.

The HR Generalist will perform human resources related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, labor relations, EEO standards, policy and procedures and employment investigations as well as supporting other HR functional areas. This is a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University.

Two (2) years of professional-level human resource generalist experience, with experience in employee an labor relations.

Intermediate Computer Competency, Microsoft Office preferred
