This position is for a part-time or full-time administrative assistant / office Manager.
Applicant must be able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel), and; be tactful, trainable, prompt, a self-starter.
Routine takes include:
-Answering phones and take messages
-Check email
-Coordinate with clients
-Provide assistance to sales
-Data entry
-Maintain and order supplies
-Other tasks as needed
-Working knowledge of social media helpful
Full (or part-time considered). Must be available M-F day-shift. Days/hours could be flexible.
Must be able to commute to McCleary location.
