Hulbert Custom Construction in Jefferson County, WA is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman. We are a high-end residential builder dedicated to finding people to join our team who exhibit exceptional quality work and leadership. Candidate must have 3 yearsâ experience in construction supervision.
Construction Foreman skills:
⢠Experience in leading a framing crew and interior and exterior trim crews
⢠Ability to ascertain information from plan sets and understand when information is lacking
⢠Be able to be proactive in resolving any issues that crop up
⢠Ability to layout framing work to ensure that finish work can be completed efficiently according to the plans.
⢠Coordinate construction crew and oversee Subcontractorsâ work
⢠Maintain construction schedules and all documentation
⢠Ensure materials and tools are onsite when needed.
⢠Ability to communicate clearly with Superintendent, Project Manager, Architects and Owners
⢠Understand L&I Safety requirements and lead Safety Meetings
⢠Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
Requirements:
⢠Knowledge of all aspects of residential construction
⢠Knowledge of construction codes and requirements
⢠Strong mathematical skills
⢠Valid Washington State driverâs license
⢠Possession of basic hand tools
