Eco-friendly building material manufacturing facility in McCleary, Washington seeks team oriented Millwright Factory Team Lead who wants to be a part of a fast-growing Pacific Northwest team.
The Millwright Factory Team Lead will repair, build, and modify electro-mechanical equipment, perform fabrication, troubleshoot equipment following a systematic approach, perform emergency maintenance, perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance. Communicate with individuals and groups, take appropriate safety and environmental measures.
Adept with measuring instruments, gauges, and meters. Troubleshoot facility and buildings & grounds problems. Communicate with vendors.
Great attitude and desire to work in a fast paced, Lean Manufacturing environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
> Candidates must be able to safely lift up to 50lbs.
> Experienced maintenance mechanic
> Knowledge and ability to weld aluminum a plus
> CNC experience
> Tools of trade required
> Basic electrical skills (480v 3 phase)
> Math and measuring skills
> Computer skills
> Familiarity with forklift
