Job Summary
This position provides leadership, direction, training, and customer service standards to all levels of staffing that support CWU North Campus Dining Operations, which includes North Village Café and the New Dining Hall opening Fall of 2019. The North Campus Dining footprint consists of stand-alone dining concepts, spread across the North Campus landscape, which include self-branded café, market and food concepts, in addition to the soon to open licensed concept, Panda Express, which will be located within the soon to open new Dining Hall. This position is also responsible for the oversight of the Panda Express licensed agreement terms and ensures compliance occurs by the CWU Dining Services Panda Express team. The diverse customer needs require a variety of cuisines and convenience foods, requiring that the incumbent also has a broad understanding of many cuisines and types of operations.
