Our Pullman store is on the hunt for a new part-time Assistant Manager.
We have a stellar team, we're up and running again, and with all the new requirements and changes, there aren't enough bodies to go around. The last 6 months have torn through the service industry, and we're looking to help some people get back to work.

Over the years we have always believed our coffee is good, but it will only be great if we carefully select the right people. These folks consistently provide positive customer experiences and the coffee drinks are created with passion. Here's a little bit of what we're looking for:
Coffee & Hospitality Professionals- you thoroughly love every aspect of crafting great drinks and stand behind each and every one. You thrive on creating a memorable experience for your guests. Previous barista experience is certainly helpful as much of your shift is solo.
You drink coffee- you imbibe in all aspects of coffee consumption from espresso, pour over and batch brew.
You understand the importance of the small stuff- everything between tasting your shots of espresso but also making sure the doors and windows are clean, and wiping down that pesky condiment bar!
Coffee drinkers are a diverse group- you understand (without judgment) why one customer would order a single origin espresso and another would order a blended mocha.
You're always up to date on product knowledge whether it's coffee, food or retail items- sample our coffees, receive information from our Roasters, Drink Trainers as well as our Bakery manager.
We can count on you- you are punctual, can follow a simple dress code, and will "own it" every day.
You have 6 months minimum supervisor & Specialty coffee experience in a similar setting.
As we expand our hours, you would be first in line to gain additional hours. Currently the Assistant's schedule is 15-25/week including weekends. We will be training the right person to fill in as the Manager for a scheduled leave in the Spring.
