Downtown motor inn style hotel is converting to studio apartments. We are looking for a property manager (onsite possible) to monitor the property, collect rent, make deposits, post notices, process maintenance requests, report issues to management, light maintenance such as weeding, garbage pickup, etc.
The right candidate could live in manager unit as part of compensation. Must have an eye for detail, possess initiative, work unsupervised and be proactive.
Total work hours would be 20-30 hours/week depending on time of the month. Could be salaried, could be hourly.
